Privacy Policy for KLOUD PRO LLC Games
- Effective date
- Last updated
KLOUD PRO LLC, operating under the Toilet Gaming brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), develops and publishes games.
This policy explains how information is handled in our games that link to this policy (“Games”). Features and services may differ between Games. The descriptions below apply where the corresponding feature or service is used. Where a Game has additional or different data practices, we provide a supplementary notice or update this policy.
KLOUD PRO LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes as described in this policy. Some service providers also process information independently under their own privacy notices.
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@toiletgaming.com.
1. Information we handle
Game progress and settings
Our Games may store progress, inventory, in-game currency, upgrades, and preferences locally on your device. Local storage does not itself provide player accounts or publisher-operated cloud saves. If a Game introduces those features, its associated data practices will be described before use.
Age category and privacy choices
Games that include our age-selection feature ask for your age to select advertising privacy settings. This feature stores only a category: under 18, 18 or older, or age not provided. The number entered is not retained by the Game.
Advertising and consent services receive applicable privacy signals and may store consent preferences and related technical records.
Advertising information
Our Games may use Unity LevelPlay mediation and ironSource Ads for rewarded advertising. Depending on the service and applicable privacy settings, these services may process:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
- Device model, operating system, language, and app version.
- App, device, or installation identifiers.
- Ad requests, impressions, interactions, and technical events.
- Privacy preferences and restriction signals.
Our current LevelPlay configuration opts out of advertising-identifier use. This does not exclude all other technical identifiers or network information.
Diagnostics
Where Unity engine diagnostics are enabled, Unity may process device specifications, application information, and technical or performance information to support engine reliability and stability.
Engine diagnostics are separate from Unity Analytics and legacy Cloud Diagnostics reporting. Those separate services are not enabled in the configuration described by this policy.
Internet connectivity checks
Games that require an internet connection may check connectivity before starting gameplay. These checks contact Google and, if necessary, Cloudflare endpoints.
The providers receive your IP address and ordinary connection information. Our connectivity checks do not attach saved progress or entered age to these requests.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How information is used
Depending on the Game’s features, information is used to:
- Operate the Game and remember progress and preferences.
- Apply age-related advertising restrictions.
- Present and remember applicable privacy choices.
- Deliver rewarded advertisements and measure their operation.
- Detect advertising fraud and invalid activity.
- Check internet connectivity.
- Diagnose technical problems and improve stability.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide requested game functionality may rely on performance of a contract.
Support, security, fraud prevention, and technical maintenance may rely on legitimate interests where permitted, subject to the rights and interests of players, particularly children.
We rely on consent where required for advertising-related processing or access to device information, and on legal obligations where processing is required by law.
Independent providers explain the legal bases for their own processing in their privacy notices.
3. Children and advertising
Our Games may have different intended audiences, including mixed audiences that include children. Audience information is provided for each Game through its store listing or accompanying notices.
Games using our age-selection system apply restricted advertising settings to players who indicate they are under 18 and players who choose not to provide their age. These include child-directed advertising signals and disabling personalized advertising through the configured network controls.
For players aged 18 or older, advertising remains subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy settings. Entering an adult age does not itself constitute consent.
Restricted advertisements may still involve limited technical information needed for delivery, security, measurement, and fraud prevention. Restricted advertising does not mean that no information is processed.
Parents or guardians may contact info@toiletgaming.com to ask about their child’s information or request access, deletion, or cessation of collection where applicable. We may need limited information to verify and locate the relevant records.
4. Providers and sharing
Depending on their features, our Games use:
- Unity, including its game engine, diagnostics, LevelPlay mediation, and ironSource Ads.
- Google, including its User Messaging Platform for consent management and endpoints for connectivity checks.
- Cloudflare, for fallback connectivity checks.
Not every service is used by every Game.
Providers may receive information directly through their services. Their responsibilities depend on the service and applicable agreements; some processing is performed independently under their own privacy notices.
We also use an email service to receive and respond to correspondence. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to respond to valid legal requests.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data: Progress and preferences remain in the app’s storage until removed or overwritten. You can remove local data using your device’s app-storage controls, where available, or by deleting the app. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Device backups may also retain or restore information.
Support correspondence: We retain correspondence while resolving the request and for any additional period reasonably necessary to handle follow-up issues, disputes, or applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Information is deleted when those purposes no longer require retention.
Provider-held information: Advertising, consent, and diagnostic records are retained according to the relevant service arrangements and provider policies. Deleting a Game does not automatically delete information already held by providers.
Contact info@toiletgaming.com for help with a deletion request. Please identify the relevant Game. We will address information under our control and, where appropriate, help identify the relevant provider’s request process.
6. Privacy choices and rights
Where applicable, our Games provide a privacy-options control for reviewing or changing advertising consent choices. Available options depend on your location, age category, and the service’s requirements.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Changes may affect advertising availability, including optional rewarded features.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information and receive a portable copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent.
- Opt out of targeted advertising or activities legally classified as selling or sharing personal information.
- Complain to a relevant privacy authority.
To exercise a right, email info@toiletgaming.com and identify the relevant Game. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority to act for another person. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
If you disagree with our response, reply to request further review. Where applicable law provides an appeal process, we will handle the request accordingly.
7. International processing
Our providers may process information outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer for which we are responsible, the transfer must be covered by an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
Providers’ privacy notices describe their international processing arrangements. Contact info@toiletgaming.com for information about safeguards applicable to transfers for which we are responsible, including how to obtain relevant details.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. Our connectivity checks use encrypted HTTPS connections.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please protect access to your device and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when contacting us.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our Games, services, or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing relevant changes.
